Alarm.com integrates with MyQ garage doors through the cloud but there are downsides worth considering:
Alarm.com has a cloud integration for MyQ garage doors. But I don’t recommend using it. Instead, I recommend using the Ecolink GDZW7-ECO Z-Wave garage door controller, which works with Chamberlain/LiftMaster Security+ 1.0 and 2.0 garage door openers. Here is why:
When your MyQ garage door is connected to Alarm.com it can’t be used with the MyQ app at the same time. You lose any MyQ features that aren’t available on Alarm.com such as Amazon Key In-Garage Delivery and Tesla Integration.

Once the myQ device has been installed and is connected to Wi-Fi successfully, it can be connected to your Alarm.com account. This is done via the Alarm.com Website.
myQ devices cannot be connected via the mobile Alarm.com app at this time.
