Surety Business plans are month-to-month subscriptions that connect your business security alarm, cameras, and fleet vehicles to Alarm.com and, optionally, our professional monitoring center. All Surety Business plans include an Alarm.com account with varying features and options, and there are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

Security alarm plan prices include Professional Monitoring. If you don’t want Professional Monitoring you can self-monitor and receive a $7/month discount on the plan.
Cameras and fleet management can each be purchased as a stand-alone plan or added to a security alarm plan at a discounted rate. Commercial access control is available as an add-on to any plan. Commercial fire alarm monitoring is not included with Surety Business security alarm plans.
Business Alarm
