While myQ Garage controllers are added to Alarm.com by the end user through the Alarm.com website (Settings > Manage Devices) at the time of this writing, only the Alarm.com service provider can remove the controller from the account.
If you have service through Surety and you need your myQ Controller removed, please submit a private message to us with your request. If you have more than one controller, please confirm the name of the controller as it appears in Alarm.com and we can get that taken care of for you. Commands can be sent during business hours only.
