To Power Cycle the IQ Panel 2, IQ Panel 2+, or IQ Panel 4

  1. If possible, turn off through panel programming first. If this is not possible, move to step 2.
    • Navigate to Settings > Advanced Settings > Enter Dealer/Installer/Master User Code > Power Down to turn off the Qolsys panel.
  2. Unplug the power supply from the wall outlet
  3. Open the panel and disconnect the internal battery.
  4. Leave the panel powered down for at least 2 minutes.
  5. Plug the battery back in, close up the panel and reconnect the power supply
  6. Press the button on the side of the panel for about 3-5 seconds to turn it back on.

If you have 24/7 Professional Monitoring, you may want to place your monitoring account on Test Mode when working on your system, to avoid potential false alarms.
