To begin troubleshooting, power cycle the panel. Leave it off for 10 minutes. Steps on how to do so can be found here:
While off completely, check the following:
- Ensure the cable between the panel and power supply is not loose, or damaged.
- Check that the power supply is plugged into a working outlet and that the outlet is not switched off.
- Check the internal battery for swelling or bloating
If outlet is providing power, and the panel does not power back on, check the power supply with a voltmeter to ensure it is producing the correct voltage.
