How to find the Firmware Version of the Alarm.com Smart Thermostat
The firmware of an Alarm.com Smart Thermostat can be found locally on the thermostat or on the box.
Note: To update the firmware of an Alarm.com Smart Thermostat, it must be replaced with a new one at this time.

Automatic Shutoff during Smoke, Fire, or CO Alarm
In the event of a smoke, fire, or carbon monoxide alarm on the security system, Alarm.com automatically turns the Alarm.com-connected thermostats to OFF mode, including the fan, to prevent the circulation of smoke and poisonous gas.
