How do I add my husband on my account? I’ve added his email to the users under the main account under the app. But it never sends him a notification or let’s him do a login.

There are two separate features here, one is adding a second login access to your Alarm.com account:

The other is system users. Notifications are based on your user list in the users page in Alarm.com. A system user can have code access to the panel or just contact info for notifications.

Hi! It doesn’t give me the option to add login. The top right for me user users only shows more.

Sounds like you are looking at the mobile app. You’ll need to use the Alarm.com website.

Access Alarm.com via a web browser and follow the steps below to add a login:

Had a feeling that was it. I was moving in yesterday and didn’t have access to a computer yet. Verified that it works on a computer today.
