I’m getting frequent notifications of “your command can not be verified” but no problem with function. Please let me know what I should do about this. Thanks.
Hi, what command are you sending when you see this response? Is it in the mobile app or on the website? If you test commands from both, do you see the same behavior in both the app and Alarm.com website?
By comparing notification times with activity timeline seems that got one today from disarm command on app. Then got one from movement activation of a z wave enabled ventilation device and then another one from disarm command on alarm.com website.
If you are seeing it from both the website and the app but the commands are going through, I think the first thing I would do is update the firmware on the panel to the latest version. This process will also reboot the system. Instructions to do that are linked below.

Did the update. Still getting those notifications not even related to any commands input into the system. When I check activity there is no activity that coincides with the time on the notification, in fact no activity at all around the time of the notifications. Very strange…
What is the time on the latest notification? Can you grab a screenshot of that notification and post it here?
