New setup with a repurposed WA-3000 9.12 and a Alarm.com Honeywell Vista System Enhancement Module. Followed this guide although not all commands work on my system. I do get 1 way communication and alerts when i manually arm and disarm but I can’t arm or disarm via the alarm.com app.
No red lights on the SEM; just flashing path and signal LEDs along with power
When *29 is set to 1 I get a Check 103 long range 0000
*196 is set; dip switches 2 and 3 ON
Envisalink 4 on Address 18 - works fine and can arm and disarm remotely
I have a different installer code than default - Master code set correctly in the app under user name
If there are no troubles on your panel and LED1 is not lighting up, the master code may need to be synced with alarm.com. To do this, the master code on both alarm.com and the panel to 1234. Then change it through alarm.com. Instructions in the link below
