New User is not receiving email invite

I added a user and it prompted me to submit her email. I believe an invite was sent. She is not receiving invite. I asked her to check spam etc and search mail for alarm.com.

Once she downloads the app, what does she need to do to verify herself so that she can access the alarm app?

Do I need to do anything on ADC website? I added her as a user with a 4 digit pin and I believe sent an email invite. I don’t see an option to send email again. I guess I could delete and re-add?
