We just moved into a new home. We have an IQ4 panel. I’m trying to add door lock and garage door opener to my panel and app. Can’t get them to show up anywhere. Thermostat shows up on panel but not on app.

Which plan do you have? You need Surety Home or Surety Complete to do home automation with Alarm.com.
You should be able to add the lock to the panel regardless. What’s happening when you try to add it?
It’s the $26 plan. I think Surety Home.

The $26 plan doesn’t have home automation. You can use System Manager to change it.
Looks like you have updated your plan. I see a lock and thermostat on your account. If you have any questions let us know.
You mentioned a garage door. If you have MyQ, that is an optional add-on, and can also be added via the system manager.
I do have the MyQ. How do I add it to my alarm app and panel. I tried but no luck.

First include the MyQ add-on in your plan, using your system manager here.
Once that feature has been added, you can get started adding your MyQ devices in the Alarm.com website (not the app) under Settings > Manage Devices > Add Device. The process for adding the MyQ devices is step by step there, you’ll select the type of MyQ garage controller you have.
The integration with the IQ Panel 4 is automatic. The MyQ device doesn’t get paired to the panel manually, ADC will push the device to your panel when you pair the MyQ device to your account.
