My wife has the app downloaded on her phone, how do i go about getting her an account setup?
He email and phone are listed as a user in my account, But she doesn’t have a username.

It looks like you have set up a user. In order to set someone up with the Alarm.com app, you need to create a login. Below are the steps. Note this needs to be done on the alarm.com website and not on the app.
that guide only helps give someone alarm panel access.
Im looking to have my wide install the app on her phone (i already have it) so she can view the cameras.
it appears we can only have one person able to view the cameras at a time, which is not very helpful. if she logs in with my info i get logged out.
poorly designed app and user interface. it should be much easier to add another user.
