MyQ Garage Door Malfunction

I was messing with my garage door programming and now Alarm.com can’t see it and is giving me a Malfunction alert. So at a minimum, I need to reset/reprogram that. Is it possible to have the garage door opener connected to MyQ and Alarm.com at the same time?

It is not possible to add it to both MyQ or Alarm.com. It can only be on one account at a time.

We are able to remove the overhead door from your account upon your request.

If you defaulted your overhead door, you may need to request the overhead door be removed from your system and then add it back using your Alarm.com app.

If you want to move it to the MyQ app, you will need to request it be removed from your alarm.com account first and then add it to the MyQ app.

The garage door has been removed from your account. You can now attempt to add it back to your system.

On an unrelated note, I do see your system is on version 4.2.0. You would need to update in increments as this panel cannot update directly to the latest version directly. Update the panel in the order of:

4.3.0 > 4.4.2 > 4.6.1(Latest)
