IQ Panel – No Cellular Connection, No IMEI, Can't Update or Pass Test

Qolsys IQ systems have the cellular module built into them.

The IMEI number can be found on the back of the panel or in the system settings under Settings > Advanced Settings > Enter Installer/Dealer/Master code (defaults: 1111, 2222, 1234) > About > Cellular.

I don’t see a Surety subscription associated with your account. Has the panel already been registered to an Alarm.com account?
