Can you try updating the firmware on your panel? I show that you’re current firmware is out of date, and a critical fix for an issue related to the cellular connectivity of the panel was released in November of 2023.
The system will need to be updated twice to get to the latest version. The patch tags you’ll need to use for the updates are: iqpanel4.4.2 iqpanel4.6.1
