Dual smart switch and 2GIG panel

Hi!
I just purchased an Eva Logik outdoor smart plug, and it has two z-wave controlled outlets. I’m having an issue similar to this one: When I pair the device to my 2GIG panel, it sees only one switch, but not the other one. The post I linked is a bit old, so I thought I’d ask to see if there’s anything I can do to get it to work, has anybody been able to set up these dual z-wave switches with the 2gig panel?

Any help or information on this will be much appreciated!

2GIG and Alarm.com do not support dual/multifunction Z-wave switches. Only the first switch will show up unless the two are able to be learned independently, but that’s typically not the case.
