I have the DSC PC1864 + MN02-LTE-M for cellular and want to move to Surety.

Can this be hooked up? I can’t find the IMEI anywhere to check (tried holding down 1, don’t have the installer code, not on a sticker)…

So can I hook this up? I have been getting service through my installer until now but frankly it is pretty overpriced, and I don’t want to be held hostage to them.

Also, if I do have to replace my cellular module, would an Envisalink Duo work?

The DSC PC1864 is compatible only through the Alarm.com SEM. The guides below go over compatibility and installation of the SEM.

Service is not compatible with either the MN02 or Envisalink you mentioned.

Hmm, that is pretty pricey. Kind of kills any savings for switching for at least two years. I’ll have to think about it more.
