Continuing the discussion from Qolsys IQ Panel 2, IQ Panel 4 Device Programming PowerG:
I’m replacing an old 345 door sensor with a Power G. I can’t get it to network. Perhaps it’s because I don’t have the correct 7-digit ID (aka TXID?). The attached photo is the label on the back of the Power G sensor. I don’t see the 7-digit ID. I’d appreciate any help you can provide.
That looks like it is not a PowerG sensor. That picture appears to be the back of an IQ DW Mini or similar sensor.
319.5Mhz sensors use a 6 digit hexidecimal value for the DLID, which would not be compatible with your panel.
Was that ordered through Surety? I do not see a recent sensor order related to your username.
