I’ll reach out again to Alarm.com and let them know more users are asking. At this time a schedule cannot be created that solely locks and unlocks a lock at specified times.
You can create an automation to lock the door when the panel is armed, and you can create rules to automatically lock a door when a different door lock is locked.
Additionally scenes can be created to perform multiple actions like locking a door, and then run by various means such as widget or quick access device command.
