Can't add user

Anyone else not able to add users to app login? My spouse never receives the email to continue the process. Alarm.com app under login help says first time user help. Plug in username and says await email. Email never shows up. Checked junk email, and even tried deleting and starting over. Nothing. Anyone know how to do this?

in Alarm.com, a Login and a User are two separate things. Logins are for access to the Alarm.com account and Users are for access to the alarm system as well as be recipients for notifications.

Did you create a Login using the correct email address? You can confirm the email address under Manage Logins

If the setup email is not being received, and the person checked their email inbox, spam and other folders, you can delete the Login from the Manage Logins page to try again.

Didn’t read close enough on alarm.com page. I assumed Manage logins was saying manage users and didn’t even click the tab… my bad. Got it now. Thanks!
