It’s very strange… both my main panel (IQPanel4) and remote panel have worked fine for 2 years and suddenly (?) something weird is happening. I can arm the system, but I can’t disarm it. When I click the big yellow “Armed” circle, I hear the touch noise, but nothing happens. Same on both panels. Also, when the alarm is triggered, neither panel can disarm. I have to use a phone.
First, can you try upgrading your panel’s firmware to the latest version? Steps to do so can be found in the guide below. You will need to use the patch tag iqpanel4.6.1 for the firmware upgrade.
