Battery doorbell no live feed in app

I sent some commands to troubleshoot the doorbell, but it appears that it is no longer communicating with Alarm.com.

Is the doorbell connected to the same network as the panel and the device you’re trying to use the app on?

Are there any large metal objects or walls between them that could interfere with the signal?

How far is the doorbell from the router?
