To reconnect the SkyBell Doorbell Camera Wi-Fi using the mobile app
Put the doorbell into Access Point (AP) mode by holding the main button until the LED alternates green and red.
Log into the mobile app.
Tap Menu
Tap Doorbell Camera .
Tap Settings Gear
Tap Add Camera
If Add Camera does not appear, you may have reached the maximum number of video devices the service package allows. Remove the SkyBell Doorbell Camera from the account, then re-enroll it using the Customer app. This will likely need to be done if you only have the Video Doorbell Only add-on through Surety as it only allows for one Doorbell Camera.
In Select Video Device, tap to select the desired device.
Proceed through the installation wizard. This is the same process as the initial installation of the SkyBell Doorbell Camera.
