Hello! New member and customer here.
I just installed/added new PowerG PG9303 sensors and attempted to arm the system for the first time on my IQ Panel 4 via the Alarm.com mobile app.
It kept buffering when I clicked on the Arm (Stay) or Arm (Away).
I could use some assistance to see what I am doing wrong.

That probably means your panel isn’t communicating well with Alarm.com. What cellular signal strength does your panel have? Do you have it connected to WiFi for dual path?
Thanks for the response. It’s full bars on both cellular and WiFi.

I am not showing anything that should prevent you from arming currently. Can you test by arming/disarming locally first, then remotely through Alarm.com?
I am showing that the system was previously encountering a Zone Sync Failure which may have prevented the system from arming. Did you try to arm the system shortly after adding those sensors?

Actually I do see that the Security Page is disabled on your panel.
If you can’t arm from the panel, because the security page is absent, follow the below guide and try again:
What do you do when you can’t Arm or Disarm your system from the panel because the arming screen isn’t available?
Typically, the Security Page is the home page on your Qolsys IQ Panel. This page allows you to arm and disarm the system directly from the home screen.
However, it is possible for this page to be disabled. We find that dealers may send remote commands to remove this page during the cancellation process, oftentimes without telling the end user which makes for a confusing transition. …
Was this a new system purchase, or did you recently switch from another provider?
I’m going to try that out.
This is a new panel that was switched over from Safe Haven. Am I maybe missing some startup instructions to get the system up and running with Surety?

It looks like it was set up correctly. Your security page appears to be disabled which would prevent you from being able to Arm or Disarm the system.
Let us know if you have any issues after enabling.

This worked! Thank you!
Where could I find the FAQ for testing the system without it being considered a false alarm?

For information on how to test your system, please see the post below.
Why Test?
Whether your system is new or existing, testing your system is critical to verify that everything is functioning as you would expect.
This is an extremely important step in the setup process.
Find bad sensors before they cause an issue.
Make sure sensors are programmed correctly.
Discover possible physical installation issues.
Test Sensor Signaling:
Login to Alarm.com and navigate to the Activity page. Here you can see all signals Alarm.com receives from your panel.
