We have alarm.com account for one of our homes. It’s serviced by a different company. For our second home, we have signed up with SuretyHome and the activation step is asking about Alarm.com username.
Not sure how two different providers will work with Alarm.com. Should we create a new Alarm.com account for the SuretyHome service on the second home?

It is necessary to use a new username.
Each system requires its own unique Alarm.com account with unique username. The same email address can be added to as many accounts as you need.
After activating the account through Surety you can then link the two Alarm.com accounts together so that one set of credentials can access both accounts. Steps can be found in the link below:
An Alarm.com account is automatically created during the activation process on our website. The last step in our activation process is logging into your new Alarm.com account for the first time.
