Adding second phone

I’m trying to add my wifes phone to our setup to be able to use the mobile app and am failing miserably. It’s been a couple years since doing it with our old provider. Online tutorial says to add it in the devices tab in app but no such option exists. Help me in my floundering please.

Sounds like you are trying to create a new Alarm.com user login for your wife, correct? So that she can login to app using her own credentials?
