2GIG GC2 Trouble Beeps- Unable to remotely clear via App

I recently had a low battery on one of my sensors that was triggering Trouble Beeps. Similar to Edgar in the following linked post (GC2 Trouble alerts), I do not have the option in the Alarm.com app to clear the trouble beeps despite my equipment supposedly having the capability (2GIG GC2 Firmware v1.19.1). The only option I have is to silence it at night like Edgar showed.

Per this post (2gig Malfunction beep disable) it sounds like since my firmware is newer than v1.17.03 I should have this function.

The option to turn off trouble beeps using the Security card in the Customer app is not available on 2GIG panels. However you should be able to click on the Issues card on the Home screen of the app when an active trouble condition is reported on the system. From there you should be able to Silence trouble beeps
