2gig Malfunction beep disable

Greetings.
Is there a way to disable the ‘keypad beep’ if a malfunction is reported?
When a battery goes low, on a window sensor, the panel beeps every few minutes until the sensor is bypassed or the battery is replace.
I get an email advising but can’t always get to a computer to bypass.
The email will allow me to know the issue.

My dog is not real pleased with six hours of beeping

Thoughts?
Thanks
Doug

There would be no way to pre-emptively stop audible beeps for new troubles. You can set them to not sound at night, but during the day they would need to be acknowledged.

That said, depending on the panel type and firmware you have, Alarm.com provides support for pausing and silencing trouble alerts through the app so you can greatly limit the amount of beeping the dog needs to hear without being at the keypad.

Do you have a 2GIG Go!Control panel? Or do you have a GC3? Unfortunately the GC3 is not compatible with this, but the GC2 (Go!Control) panel with firmware 1.17.03 or later will let you remotely pause active trouble alerts through the Alarm.com app.
