I have a Zooz ZEN15 which is a plug-in appliance switch.
When I add it to the IQ4 it works fine, but alarm.com sees it as a water valve.
(Actually I have two IQ4 panels, each has a ZEN15, and in both cases they show up as a water valve.)
Is it possible to ask alarm.com to fix this? Zooz’s site says it should be alarm.com compatible. [What’s funny is if I open/close the water valve the switch does turn on/off. ] Thank you

What if I want it to come up as a water valve? I’m in process of building a water valve remote switch. I will use a zwave light switch to control a normally closed 2 wire 120 v valve made by US Solid.
