I have a Yale YRD120 lock left from my previous CPI system that i’m trying to connect to my IQ 4 panel. I don’t see this particular model when I try to pair through the alarm.com site (not through the app). Is this model compatible?
Yes that lock should work, though I would recommend adding the device via controls at the panel. Use the Clear Device option first.

No luck. I found a YRD120 manual online and followed the steps to factory reset, but it won’t reset. I’m wondering if it’s got some kind of anti-theft programming on it and it’s not resetting because it’s still linked to my CPI panel?
There is no need to factory reset usually. The Clear Device and Add Device steps are all done through the IQ Panel.
Are you trying a factory reset due to not having the programming code for the lock?
Got it now! I was reading too far into it thinking I had to reset to factory settings then try to pair. Using the clear device instructions above, the manual I found on line and the panel I was able to clear and repair it. Thank you!
