Web Interface and App not updating

IQ Panel 2+
I have just signed up with Surety and neither the Alarm.com app nor the web UI are reporting the accurate status of my security system.
For example, all sensors are showing closed even though some are open.
Both the APP and web UI indicate the panel is not connected to WiFi even though it is.
All of the functions at the panel are working normally.

Just to rule out some possible confusion, immediately after getting started or powering up the system the sensors will be assumed closed. They will need to change status first. I do see sensor activity reported in Alarm.com history so the panel is reporting. Try closing those sensors and opening them again. Does the panel see them as open? If so, does Alarm.com then show their status?

Regarding Wifi, can you provide a screenshot or photo of the panel where you see that message? Your panel appears to be responding via broadband (wifi) only, actually. It is not responding to cell pings when I try them.

I would try a reboot. This is under Settings > Advanced Settings > Reboot Panel.

Closing all of the contacts and restarting the panel did the trick.
Everything including cellular passed.
