When I had ADC video at my last house I had the option under settings in the web portal to choose which cameras the operators could see in an alarm. At my current house now that I am coming back to video on ADC I originally didnt see that option so I added the Visual Verificaiton option in my surety system manager but now all I see is the option to allow them to see DSC PIR cameras? What could be going on?
The visual verification feature is required to use this option, and it supports Alarm.com video cameras and/or PIR image cameras. With the feature enabled you select the cameras from a different menu in Alarm.com. Instructions on how to select cameras and get started are in the link below:
