I am constantly getting a person detected by my VDB775 door bell when there are just shadows.
Can you please check my clips and let me know if there is anything I can do to make False “positives” to decrease?

We do not have any access to your clips or live view of your camera. We can see the size of the ground zone, which does look to be taking up a significant portion of the view, but we cannot see the actual image from the camera.
We have some guides that include tips for creating Video Analytics rules and how to set the ground zone. You can find those below.

I received the screenshots you sent via PM. In this case, the issue would be how the ground zone is set up.
When setting up ground zones, you only want to have the ground covered. In the screenshots you sent, the ground zone is covering the walls, door, and even a little bit of the sky.
The ground zones in Alarm.com Video Analytics work differently from motion zones on some other camera brands. Video Analytics accounts for only the ground being selected, which you can see the effect of in some of your screenshots, as the highlighted detection area in some of them is outside of the ground zone.
The recommendation in this case would be to redraw the ground zone and only have the ground highlighted. If you select Clear Ground Zone in the recording rule, you can click on the image to make a more complex shape for the ground zone.
Once you’ve done that, are you still experiencing the same false detections?
