I recently bought a house that came with an IQ4 panel that was installed and serviced by ADT. I had then release the IMEI & alarm.com account and have since signed up with Surety with no issues. In trying to enroll PG9303 sensors, I am not having any luck. The auto enroll function doesn’t seem to be working (removing battery, tampering, etc) and when I try to enroll manually I am only given SRF Or SRF319 source options, no Power G. I’ve read the IQP4 doesn’t need a power g daughter card so not sure what the issue is. For reference I have an IQP4088.
While most iq 4 panels come with the PowerG module from the factory it is actually a separate card which can be missing, defective or needing a re-seating if installed improperly.
Actually doing some searches it appears the 4088 may be a special version that does not come with a PowerG card! (News to me, at least..). To verify this go into system tests and do the daughter card test to see if you have a powerG card, if so, run the test.
(Settings > Advanced Settings > System Tests > Daughter Card Tests)
You can also take the panel off the wall and look at the back. The PowerG card should be visible. Is there one installed?

Thank you for the response. The Power G card does not show up when I do the daughter card test. Only Z-Wave and 319. So with that being said, my next best option is to just install iQ door sensors, is that correct?
If your panel does not have a PowerG card but does have a 319.5Mhz card, yes the IQ S-Line Door Window contacts would be a good alternative to work with what you have.
The IQP4088 is a custom model for a certain dealer I believe, and based on user reports it is installed without a PowerG card, so that is expected for the model, though you can add a PowerG card to it as it still has the port for it.
Where would I buy the power g daughter card?
If you search IQ Card-PG or the model number QC0008-840 there should be a couple options that come up.
