Unable to Enroll Power G Sensors

I recently bought a house that came with an IQ4 panel that was installed and serviced by ADT. I had then release the IMEI & alarm.com account and have since signed up with Surety with no issues. In trying to enroll PG9303 sensors, I am not having any luck. The auto enroll function doesn’t seem to be working (removing battery, tampering, etc) and when I try to enroll manually I am only given SRF Or SRF319 source options, no Power G.
