Unable To Connect Power to New IQ5 Panel

Hi, newbie here.

Just received my order and hope I didn’t overlook anything. Was going through the How To Setup Your New IQ Panel 5/IQ5 Hub . The battery was already connected, but there was no barrel jack on the back plate or panel to plug in the power, only the screw/wire connecter option like in the diagram. I didn’t see any additional hardware in the box besides barrel-connected power supply and an additional plastic piece with a screw. Did I miss something?
Also, If I use a custom length wire (same gauge as one included) what’s the max recommended length?

Could you send us a picture of the back plate of the panel? You can see in the picture below in the blue box where the barrel jack should be on the IQ Panel 5
