Trying to setp uo Nami Alarm 15 system

I cannot find any helpful instructions for setting up this system. I found a forum thread that tries to do this, but in step 2 it says to “add an area,” and I don’t see that anywhere in my account. Are there other, more official setup instructions? I feel like the hunt for instructions is way more difficult than it should be…

I’m using the desktop website interface. Can it only be done on the mobile app?
