Transferring account

During the account set up process, you need to run a cell test to connect the panel to service. You dont need wi-fi enabled to run a cellular communications test. Are you able to run a successful Cellular Radio test?

  • From the home screen, navigate to Settings > Advanced Settings > System Tests > Cellular test. What is the result?

Afterwards, finish the account creation steps via the System Manager tab of your Surety login.
