I have no idea how to get support with this company

There are a few different ways to get support from us.

You can send us a private message here, use the Send Private Message to Support button on your Surety account dashboard, or use the Send Private Message tab in the System Manager section of your Surety account.

You can chat with Dexter the Surety Chatbot.

You can send us an email at support@suretyhome.com.

If you’re a current subscriber, you can also submit a ticket through the Alarm.com app or website, and we will follow up with you via private message.
