Support hours have been extended again! Effective immediately, Surety support staff hours are:
8:30am to 7:00pm ET, 7 days a week
Weekdays are unchanged. What’s new is the weekend. Saturday and Sunday now get the same full day of coverage as every other day, instead of the old 10:00am to 2:00pm window.
We’ve also cut back our holiday closures. Going forward we’re open on holidays we used to close for, including Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving. The only two days we close are Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
As always, the forum and Dexter are available 24/7, and our professional monitoring center is staffed 24/7/365 to respond to alarms.
