Support Hours & Availability

Surety support staff hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm ET. We are closed on national holidays.

The forum is always available, 24/7. Many questions have already been asked and answered so searching the forum first will often get your answer immediately, without having to wait. Sometimes community members even pitch in and answer questions during off hours.

Our professional monitoring service is active 24/7 as well so we’re always ready to respond to alarms but the monitoring center only handles alarms. They can not provide technical support or customer service.

Surety customers can get support by

We do not offer support by telephone. We do not offer on-site installation or service calls.

You don’t have to be a Surety customer to use the public forum. Everyone is welcome to post here. Whether you’re a Surety customer, any user, or even just interested in home security systems, we’re happy to help on the public forum. Private message and email support, however, are only available to Surety customers.
