There are a few settings for the ADC SWM150 that can be adjusted through Alarm.com. At the time of this writing, these settings can only be adjusted by the Alarm.com dealer and cannot be adjusted by the end user.
If you are a Surety subscriber and would like to make changes, please submit a Private Message request with the settings and adjustments you would like made. This can be done during normal business hours.

The following settings can be adjusted:
Units of Measurement
Temperature Units - Fahrenheit or Celsius
Volume Units - Gallons or Liters
High Flow Settings
High Flow Threshold - Measured in Gallons Per Minute (GPM) .75GPM to 26.50GPM in .25GPM increments
- If the water meter detects flow above this level for the duration specified by the High Flow Timer setting, it will be considered unexpected high flow
High Flow Timer - Measured in Minutes 0 to 100 in 1 minute increments
- If the water meter detects flow above this level for the duration specified by the High Flow Timer setting, it will be considered unexpected high flow
High Flow Shut Valve - Enabled or Disabled
- If unexpected high flow is detected, the valve will automatically close
High Flow Sound Buzzer - Enabled or Disabled
- If unexpected high flow is detected, the meter’s buzzer will sound
Medium Flow Settings
Medium Flow Threshold - Measured in Gallons Per Minute (GPM) .75 to 26.50 in .25 increments
- If the water meter detects flow above this level for the duration specified by the Medium Flow Timer setting, it will be considered unexpected medium flow
Medium Flow Timer - Measured in Minutes 1 to 240 in 1 minute increments
- If the water meter detects flow above the Medium Flow Threshold for this duration, it will be considered unexpected medium flow
Medium Flow Shut Valve - Enabled or Disabled
- If unexpected medium flow is detected, the valve will automatically close
Medium Flow Sound Buzzer - Enabled or Disabled
- If unexpected medium flow is detected, the meter’s buzzer will sound
Low Flow Settings
Low Flow Timer- Measured in Hours 1 to 24 in 1 hour increments
- If the water meter detects any flow for this duration, it will be considered unexpected low flow
Low Flow Shut Valve - Enabled or Disabled
- If unexpected low flow is detected, the valve will automatically close
Low Flow Sound Buzzer - Enabled or Disabled
- If unexpected low flow is detected, the meter’s buzzer will sound
Temperature Threshold
High Temperature Threshold - Measured in degrees 68F to 149F in 1 dgree increments
- A water temperature above this threshold will generate an alert
Low Temperature Threshold - Measured in degrees 32F to 50 F in 1 degree increments
- A water temperature below this threshold will generate an alert
