Whenever I arm-stay my security panel from the surety alarm.com app, the system automatically switches to arm-away a few minutes later. What could be causing this?
This can happen on a DSC Powerseries NEO and means that the system does not have any Stay only zone types programmed. See the thread below:
I just purchased an outdoor sensor, installed it and it works great. But when i try to arm my system in stay mode it switches to away mode after a few minutes. I want stay mode so the sensors don’t trigger the alarm. I don’t know if this behavior was happening prior to adding the sensors. Seems like the panel has some sort of auto away mode or something.
