I’ve been having an issue lately that none of my saved clips wants to play, it just stays on a black loading page.
Is this happening for all cameras or just some cameras? Are you still able to view video from the on-board or SVR timeline? I see from the pic you’re on the app. Does the problem occur when viewing from the Alarm.com website as well?
It’s for all cameras but it randomly happens, like right now I am able to see the clips. And yes, seeing SVR and On Board recordings do work.
I haven’t tried on the website, I’ll be on the lookout for that.

Usually the first steps to troubleshooting an issue like this are to check your internet connection, clear cache, and restart the app. I’m not aware of an issue on Alarm.com’s end like this but it’s always possible.
If you happen to see the issue on the website, it would indicate the problem isn’t with the app so yes, please let us know if you see it.
Roughly when did this begin? What model of mobile device, and what OS and app version are you using?
About a month ago, and it’s a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 on Android 14. App version 5.7
So, it is just an app thing when it happens because I tried the website and it works. Clearing the cache and restarting the app does fix the issue though
Looks like we have had one other report of this, also Android 14.
If you delete and reinstall the app, does this issue occur again?
