When I open the ADC app and tap on a saved recording to view it, it gets stuck on the loading screen forever.
This happens one or two times a day and the problem persists even after force closing and restarting the app.
It’s extremely irritating to be paying this much per month and not have the ability to view my saved clips when I need to. What can I do to fix this?
Is it always cloud clips that you are trying to access? Do you see the same for SD card recordings?
Next time you notice this, if you disconnect the phone from wifi and just use mobile data do you see the same issue?
Can you confirm the following info:
What model phone are you using?
What is the OS version?
What is the ADC app version?
The problem occurs with the cloud clips. SD card recording work reliably.
I will test WiFi vs cellular the next time this occurs.

OS: Android 14
ADC app version: 5.2.3 (the latest available from the Google Play Store)

@jwcsurety - It appears this issue occurs regardless of whether I’m on WiFi or cellular signal.
What additional troubleshooting steps would be helpful to resolve?
Does this happen on the website as well or just the app?
Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling? If not please do that now.
