I’ve sent commands to remove them from your account. Please allow 5-10 minutes for the changes to take effect.

When I try to add/register the Chamberlain internet gateway again, I’m getting the following message:
“Registration was unsuccessful for this device. It may be registered to a myQ account. Please remove the device from myQ or factory reset the device, then reconnect to an internet network and try registering again.”
I have it disconnected from my MyQ account already
Just to be sure, some MyQ doors can be deleted independently of the Hub, the Hub must be deleted in the app so that it can be registered again.
Here are steps from Chamberlain on deleting devices.
It may be that MyQ has a short delay in clearing the registration. If you try again now do you see the same?
Hi Jason, thanks for the reply. I tried again just now and it is throwing the same message. I’ve tried factory resetting the hub as well and that didn’t work
Try to add that hub to MyQ app again. Does it also protest with an error? What error do you see there?
