Remote z-wave not working

For the past several hours my z-wave lights on my IQ panel 2+ don’t respond to any web commands from the site or through the app. I restarted the panel and that did not fix it. Any thoughts?

I just got a push notification from the Alarm.com app that says my Panel has not responded since 9:15 AM

Both Wi-Fi and cellular tests say connected but both time out when trying to contact the CS server

Hello, if a reboot did not help, the next step I would try is an extended power off.

Settings > Advanced Settings > Power Down.

Leave the panel powered down for at least 20 minutes. Allow a few minutes after booting up to try running another cell test.

Upgrading firmware would be next step, if your panel can communicate with the Qolsys software server still, you can follow the steps here.
