Radio is not responding

I’m trying to connect my system to Surety but the radio is not responding. Therefore, I can’t get on Alarm.com. The support at Alarm.com tried to reach out to my radio unsuccessfully and she said that I needed a technician from Surety to correct the problem.

Looks like you are trying to get started with an Edge panel, correct?

Follow the steps in the link below first, but I would recommend leaving the device powered off for about 10-20 minutes. Then you can try booting up again and running the cell test at the panel. Any change in the behavior or any errors displayed?
