Qolsys IQ Panel 4 and IQ PowerG Smart Switch Issues

Hey,

Just setup my new system through Surety and I’m running into an issue with an IQ PowerG Smart Switch. For some reason whenever its connected to the panel it wont stay off or respond to remote commands. If I remove it from the system I can use the switch locally at the device. Once I add it back to the panel it turns back on 5 seconds after turning it off. I have no scenes or schedules setups. Any thoughts? Panel is running 4.3.0-adcs 10.9.2

Support for the PowerG Smart Switch and other PowerG automation devices was added in 4.4.0 firmware.

4.4.1 should be applied. See the instructions here:

After updating firmware you will likely need to relearn the switches.
