There is a panel backup option available. However, please be aware that if there are any corruptions or issues with this data, they could be carried over when the backup is restored.
It appears that your forum account isn’t linked to a Surety account. If you’re not with Surety, you’ll need to contact your Alarm.com dealer for further assistance. Given that the issue remains unresolved with the firmware update, performing a master reset might be the most effective solution.
